Overview

The Breck Central Market is the first location on the way into, and the last location as you leave Breckenridge. This hub will be a gathering point for both locals and visitors alike. Centrally located between Breckenridge and Frisco at the current Fairview Blvd (4 miles north of Breckenridge Main Street, and 1 mile to skier parking). In addition, the Breck Central Market is conveniently located on the Blue River Recreation Path and has a Summit Stage stop out front. This project plans to break ground fall of 2021, and completion is slated for early June 2023.
