The Breck Central Market will be home to one central bar “The Crazy Dutchman” to service 9 vendors ranging from coffee & juices, pizza from a wood-fired oven, fresh custom-made burgers, and various other options. In addition to seating throughout the space, there is also a large outdoor heated patio and upstairs terrace that will also serve as event space. In addition, there is only one resturant that operates seasonally (The Breckenridge Golf Course) in the north Breckenridge location.

Parking has always been an issue with any Breckenridge location, however, The Breck Central Market has over 150+ parking spaces and shares a lot with the Breckenridge Building Center. The Breck Central Market offers ease of access to a Summit Stage stop and is adjacent to the Blue River Receration Path.

The Breck Central Market is also one of the only new construction restaurant locations planned for Breckenridge in the coming years. While the charm of Breckenridge's historic town is a great draw, new construction for restaurant pads is mostly non-existent.
