1- The Crazy Dutchman (Bar): This bar will house the liquor license for the whole facility. Seating will be available for all tenants both in the bar and on the patio & terrace.
2- King Tide Coffee. Offering coffee, tea, cold-pressed juices, and offering morning and lunch pastries. King Tide Coffee may also operate a gelato cart to roam the floors in the afternoons.
